- ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
- This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the
parties in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the
Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the
product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website
[[sozlesme.SiteDomain]], whose specifications and sales price are stated below.

- ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT & PAYMENT
- 3.1 Product Details
- The type, quantity, brand/model, color, and total sales
price including all taxes are as follows:

- If the purchase is made by credit card in installments,
installment terms and campaigns are determined by the issuing bank. The total
order amount will be divided by the selected number of installments and
reflected on the credit card statement by the bank. Any rounding differences or
schedule adjustments are at the bank’s discretion.
- 3.3 Installment & Interest Terms
- For installment payments, the BUYER accepts that all
interest rates and late payment charges are governed by the agreement between
the BUYER and their bank.

- ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

- ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract
within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without
any penalty.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.Shipping costs for returned items shall be borne by the BUYER.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and sent with the
original invoice and completed return form.

- ARTICLE 6 – NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made
or personalized products
- Software,
digital products, or downloadable content
- Opened
hygiene products (e.g. headphones, personal-use items)
- Consumables
and perishable goods
- Products
with opened seals or damaged packaging

- ARTICLE 7 – DEFAULT & FORCE MAJEURE
- If either party fails to fulfill its obligations, the other
party shall grant a 7-day grace period. If the obligation is still not
fulfilled, the contract may be terminated.
- The SELLER is not liable for delays caused by force majeure,
including but not limited to natural disasters, transport interruptions, or
supplier shortages.
- In such cases, the BUYER may either cancel the order or
request delayed delivery. Refunds will be issued within 14 days.

- ARTICLE 8 – JURISDICTION
- Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the
place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER shall have jurisdiction in disputes
arising from this agreement.
- By completing the order, the BUYER accepts all terms of this
Agreement.
