Instructions for Use:
To achieve a richer and more balanced flavor, grind your coffee to a medium grind size.
Place the paper filter on top of the brewing vessel and rinse it thoroughly with hot water.
Discard the filtered water.
Use 10 g of coffee for every 180 ml of water. You may adjust the ratio to make the coffee lighter or stronger according to your preference.
Using your kettle, gently pre-wet the coffee with water at 90–95°C and allow it to bloom for a few seconds.
Slowly pour the remaining water in circular motions from the outside toward the center.
Wait about 1 minute, then remove the coffee filter. Your coffee is ready — enjoy! ☕
